Welcome to Vince Paints. These Terms and Conditions (\"Terms\") govern your use of our website (https://vincepaints.xyz) and any services provided by Vince Paints (\"we\", \"our\", or \"us\").

1. Services Provided\n

Vince Paints offers residential and commercial painting services in the Kitchener-Waterloo region. All services are provided as per agreed estimates or quotes. Any changes to the scope of work may result in additional charges.

2. Quotes and Estimates\n

All quotes provided are free and non-binding until a written agreement or signed work order is confirmed. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to revise or withdraw an estimate if:

Project details change
Material costs increase significantly
Access to the property is not as represented

3. Scheduling and Cancellations\n

We schedule projects based on availability and customer needs. Delays due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. We will notify you as early as possible in such cases.

Clients may reschedule or cancel appointments with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations without adequate notice may incur a fee.

4. Payment Terms\n

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

A deposit may be required before starting a project.
Final payment is due upon completion of work.
Accepted payment methods include cash, e-transfer, or cheque.

Late payments may be subject to a 2% monthly interest charge.

5. Warranties\n

We stand by the quality of our work and offer a 1-year workmanship warranty on most residential painting services, unless otherwise noted in the project agreement.

Warranty does not cover:

Damage due to weather, structural issues, or customer neglect
Work altered by a third party
Normal wear and tear

6. Client Responsibilities\n

The client is responsible for:

Clearing the work area of furniture or valuables
Ensuring pets or children are kept away from work zones
Providing access to the property at agreed times

Failure to do so may delay work and result in additional charges.

7. Limitation of Liability\n

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vince Paints shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Damage caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g., water damage, mold, faulty surfaces)
Minor cosmetic imperfections due to substrate conditions

8. Intellectual Property\n

All content on our website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Vince Paints. It may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

9. Privacy\n

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and handle your information.
